Acceptable use

Recare is built heavily for trust. Recare may exclusively be used to route follow-up communications structurally to existing customers/patients who have already attended a real physical appointment at your business. Cold outreach, bulk marketing, and unsolicited spam arrays are strictly prohibited from utilizing our pipeline.

Account suspension

Accounts found circumventing limits to deploy unsolicited traffic will incur an immediate suspension of access matrices without notice to or refund of services rendered.

Sending limits

Standard deployments enforce baseline usage restrictions. Free-tier architectures are capped structurally around a 25-contact matrix threshold, scaling linearly mapped against active subscription allocations.

Liability

Recare provides entirely automated structural tooling infrastructure. Recare rests absolved from the liability or context generated explicitly inside user-operated manual template dispatches.
