We collect and store your business/clinic name, email, and timezone setup information. On behalf of your organization, we also intake the Name, Email, Phone, and Visit Dates belonging strictly to your own customers.
How we use it
We use this information exclusively to dispatch automated follow-up messages on your clinic's behalf. We strictly enforce data isolation—your patient data is never sold, parsed, or shared with third parties.
Data retention
All customer data is purged natively within 30 days of standard account cancellation upon request.
Your rights
Recare respects strict unsubscribe infrastructure. Any customer can globally unsubscribe via the single-click link nested safely inside any email we dispatch. Your clinic acts as the controller—you can request full data deletion explicitly by emailing us.
